Product briefing agent

Don't tell people what your product does.
Let them find out what it does for them.

An agent explores your product on its own, learns what it does, then joins a call and walks each visitor through the live UI. Visible cursor, plain narration, interruptible at any point.

The button is the real embed: it opens a live call where the agent walks you through DaysDown, our demo product.

  • Every claim comes from what the agent saw
  • Transcript saved for the owner

How it works

Four steps. Scroll to walk through them.

  1. 01

    Add a product

Base URL, docs URL, a sandbox sign-in, and the URL patterns the agent is allowed to touch.

  2. 02

    Explore

The agent clicks through your product in a sandboxed browser and records every feature it finds. Nothing destructive, ever.

  3. 03

    Review the feature map

Features, paths to reach them, and which ones are hidden. Edit summaries, hide junk, approve.

  4. 04

    Start a briefing

The agent joins a call, walks the live UI with a visible cursor, and answers questions by going there.

    The call

It feels like a colleague sharing their screen.

Not a chatbot next to a screenshot. The agent drives the real product in front of the visitor, says what it is about to do before it does it, and stops the moment someone speaks.

Hi. I'm the agent for Relay. I'll show you three things, then it's your call.
Share links first. Most people send the whole project. You can scope a link to one view instead.
Wait. Can I export the task list?
Yes. It's in the overflow menu on the project, not in Settings. Showing you.
    Does it include history?
It does. Every status change with a timestamp. I saw that on a real export during the explore run.
Last one, and nobody finds this: Recurring. The project resets itself on a schedule.
What does the team plan cost?
I don't know. Pricing isn't something I've seen in the product, and I only repeat what I've seen or what the owner approved. I'll flag the question for them.

Hi. Want the two-minute tour, or is there something specific?
Specific. How do I share one view?
Share, then "Only this view". Going there

    Try the real one

That was a mock. This button is the actual embed — one script tag — opening a live call on DaysDown, our demo product, right over this page.

    <script src="https://whatudo.example/embed.js"
            data-product="your-product"></script>

    Owner side

A dashboard that is the system of record.

Nothing lives only in a chat window. Products, explore runs, feature maps, call plans and every transcript persist where you can read and edit them.

    Feature map

Every feature with its path, URL and evidence. Hide junk, edit summaries, mark what matters.

    { "id": "recurring-projects",
      "hidden": true,
      "path": ["Open a project",
               "Click ···",
               "Toggle Recurring"] }

    Product brief

Four plain questions the agent drafts and you approve. The only source it may quote for anything it hasn't seen.

    • Who is this for?
    • What does it replace?
    • What should never be claimed?
    • What do you want every visitor to see?

    Calls and gaps

Every call saved with which features were shown. Questions the agent couldn't answer land in a gaps list for you.

    • Gap team plan pricing
    • Gap SSO support
    • Shown recurring-projects

    Guardrails

The rules are code, not prompt text.

The agent runs in a sandbox with your sandbox account. What it may touch and what it may say are enforced by the browser layer, not by asking it nicely.

    • Never destructive. No delete, payment, send or account-setting actions. Denylist in code.
    • Stays in bounds. Only URL patterns you allow. Same origin. Bounded depth and step budget.
    • Grounded claims. It describes what it saw in the UI or what you approved. No pricing, security or roadmap it hasn't observed.
    • Metered. Every model call is logged with cost. A per-session cap ends the call gracefully.
    • Reviewable. Every run persists its steps and screenshots. Every call persists its transcript.

    Pricing

Pay per conversation, not per seat.

Every plan counts engaged calls: a visitor stayed two minutes or asked something. Clicks that bounce are free. Each plan sets how long one call may run and how many can run at once.

    Engaged call

A visitor stayed two minutes or sent one message. Anything shorter is a bounce, and bounces are not counted.

    Cap per call

At one minute to the cap the agent wraps up, offers your next step and opens the rating card. Nobody is cut off mid-sentence.

    Lines

How many calls can run at the same time. A visitor who arrives when every line is busy sees a short wait, then joins.

Can I try it without a card?

Yes. Free needs no card. Add a product, let the agent explore it, and take the first call yourself.

What if a call runs into the cap?

The agent closes the tour on time and stays available for questions until the visitor leaves. The next step you configured is offered on screen.

Do calls I take myself count?

Calls started from your dashboard by a signed-in owner or member are not counted. Only visitors from the embed count.

Can I use my own ElevenLabs or Gemini key?

On Growth and Scale. Premium voice then bills to your key, and your calls are not limited by our voice budget.

Add your product. Let the agent find out what it does.

Runs locally today. The first briefing is for you, about your own product. You'll be surprised what it finds.
